I believe healing is a journey. My goal as a counsellor is to offer a safe place to build a relationship that allows adults to feel empowered in their healing journey. Depression and anxiety are common. Through counseling and treatment, in a safe environment, you will begin walking on your healing journey. It is a journey that brings you back to your soul and works toward finding and working on your deeper self.
